Rivus Fleet Solutions is a UK-based fleet management company that provides comprehensive services for light commercial vehicles (LCVs) and heavy goods vehicles (HGVs). The company was formerly known as BT Fleet Solutions until it was acquired by private equity firm AURELIUS in 2019.Rivus generates revenue by offering a wide range of fleet management services, including repair, maintenance, accident and breakdown assistance, to major customers across various sectors such as utilities, infrastructure, security, construction, social housing, logistics, and facility management. The company services over 220,000 LCVs and HGVs annually through its network of 78 independently-owned garages with specialist capabilities.Since the acquisition by AURELIUS, Rivus has undergone significant growth and transformation. In November 2020, AURELIUS acquired Pullman Fleet Solutions, the largest independent provider of commercial HGV maintenance and fleet management in the UK, and integrated it with Rivus. This strategic move has strengthened Rivus' position in the fleet management industry, combining decades of LCV, HGV, and specialist plant experience.In April 2021, AURELIUS further expanded Rivus' service offerings by acquiring AutoRestore, a mobile body repair services company, from Belron International. This acquisition enables Rivus to provide more comprehensive and flexible solutions to its customers, including same-day mobile accident body repair services.
